- We will assist in providing suggestions for the development of the Client’s brand social media. However, we do not promise any additional followers. We are not responsible for the increase in sales or profit of the Client brand.
- The client is required to pay 100% full payment at the beginning of the agreement according to the agreed price. We will only carry out work after receiving payment is complete.
- We have the right to reject/terminate the project and refund the payment to the Client.
- Refund are not valid if the Client cancels unilaterally.
- Social media audit will only be carried out once at the beginning of the contract period.
- Client are strictly prohibited from adding fake followers/likers to avoid accounts being banned by Instagram.
- The number of revisions to the design results is only valid 3 (three) times and the revisions allowed are only minor revisions to the design. The client cannot request a revision of the overall concept or color.
- Additional revisions will be subject to an additional fee of 10%.
- Revisions to the overall concept and colors will count as a new project.
- All files will be sent via Google Drive.
- Files will be sent in .png .jpg .jpeg .mov .mp4 format, raw file cannot be sent to Clients.
